1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tradeglov platform and services at tradeglov.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tradeglov Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its principal office in London, United Kingdom.
2. Description of Service
Tradeglov provides an AI-powered platform for client and supplier sourcing in global trade. Our Service uses a grounded large language model (LLM) agent to analyse trade data, identify potential business partners, and provide verified contact information. The Service includes but is not limited to: AI-powered trade partner search and matching, verified buyer and supplier contact databases, trade analytics and market intelligence, outreach tools and CRM integrations, and API access for Enterprise customers.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; maintain and promptly update your account information; keep your password secure and confidential; be responsible for all activities that occur under your account; and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond our provided API; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam); misrepresent your identity or affiliation; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission; or use trade data obtained through our platform for purposes that violate applicable trade regulations or sanctions.
5. Subscription and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to: pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan; provide valid payment information; accept that fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis; understand that all fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms; and acknowledge that we may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial expires.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tradeglov Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. Data and insights generated through your use of the Service are provided under a limited, non-exclusive licence for your internal business purposes only.
7. Data Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date trade data: the Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data; AI-generated insights should be verified independently before making business decisions; trade data may be subject to delays and may not reflect real-time market conditions; we are not responsible for decisions made based on information provided through the Service; and contact information accuracy may vary and should be verified before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradeglov Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; or unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tradeglov Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from: your use of and access to the Service; your violation of any term of these Terms; your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
